60. Did you have any nicknames as a child? What were they and how did they come to be?

Pupstar, Pup, Pooch, Dog and practically every other synonym for Dog under the sun.
I think it started with Pupstar which, apparently, was a cartoon. All the other synonyms came are various offshoots of Pupstar.
